Dear director,

I hope this letter finds you well. Recently, I graduated from Green University of Bangladesh. Perhaps I looking for a job and I saw your advertisement. In your job advertisement you mention various requirement. One of is unpaid skill for volunteer. I saw the recruitments and I felt that I am the perfect one for this job.

From my school time, I had always passionate about history and ancient architecture. I read lots of books about history and how to build museums. Additionally, when I saw your circular, I felt glad. In that moment I fixed that I need this job.

In my university, I attended many conferences as a host or a volunteer. I always loved that work because I easily engage with public. Also, I participate in various public speaking. Overall, I have experience. If you choose me for this job that would be help for me.

Eventually, I know how to convince public and how to manage everything. Unfortunately, I have an time issue. I can only work five hours per day. But if there is any serious conference or occasion then I obviously give to you more time. Therefore, I hope that you consider my request and give me a chance to be a part your museum. In this letter, I also add my resume. If you feel that I am capable for this job, then write me a letter.
