Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to apply for the part time voluntary position at your museum. Recently, i saw a poster about this part time job opportunity, i am aware that this is an unpaid work so i do not have any problem this condition. Since my child hood, i had a great interest in art and history .In past , i have done some voluntary work for the people and community. This voluntary work will help in my future carrer endeavors.

Let me explain the skill and qualities i have for this job, For working in a museum various skills are required such as team work and communication skills. During my college program i had a chance to work at meusem in my semester break, I have good interpersonal skills which can help in addressing peoples problems and requests. i have a team spirit , i love working with other people of different age groups to achieve the aim of the museum.

Currently, I am registered in the last semester of my college program which will be ending soon this week. From the Monday in next week I will be available to work. My availability will be from morning 8am to 6pm in evening, i can do the voluntary work during this time frame. i would prefer to work in morning or afternoon time because i feel more energetic during that time.
