Overall while 1990 year’s highest donating in the 36-50 age bracket, that of 2010 year peaked among 51 to 65 year old. It’s alo noteworthy that a higher percentage of 1990 year than 2010 year giving money thoroughout all age bands except 51-65 age group and the oldest.
17% of 1990 in the youngest age group donating. Their participation then went up steadily with increasing age, reaching its peak in the 36-60 age bracket, at 42%. Above that, it started to drop with only 33% of those in the oldest age range giving money
In 2010 participation was lowest in the youngest age group at 7%, than in any other, regularly with rising age reaching highest level among 51 to 65 year olds at 39%. It is also one of two groups that highest percentage than 1990 with oldest group at 35%
