Dear Mr Grey,

It is Eve Smith, we have met at the airport and had a conversation on the plane Moscow-Orsk on March 20th. I hope you got back home safely. We discussed an opportunity of working in one of your restaurants. I would appreciate it if you would hire me as a manager. I am particularly drawn to the opportunity to contribute to a growing business like yours.

As you remember, I had been working in a big chain café for six years. I advanced to a managerial role and established a new SMM program. My team and I helped the company to attract new visitors and increase the revenue. I believe I could help your business the similar way.
