Overall, the factories in the town will all be changed to housing spaces. Additionally, many facilities, as schools and medical centers, will be added to accommodate the change.
To begin with, the town currently hosts multiple factories situated around the roundabout in the center of the town. At the northern side, a river runs uninterrupted just south of the farmland. However, after redevelopment, all the factories will be replaced by houses with new roads branching from the roundabout to help facilitate moving around the Norbiton town.
To facilitate this transformation, plenty of amenities will be added to the area during the development process. These include a school and a medical facility, at the eastern side of the town and at the center, respectively. Moreover, new shops were added at the southwestern part of the roundabout, and a playground just to the right of it between the two new houses. The river will run under a new road that provides access to a new housing space in the north.
