This maps show Norbiton industrial area now appear and how it looks like after with planned future development.
Overall, this industrial area is display huge development in the next few years with lot of housing features and more facilities like school, medical centre, shops and playground for ensuring people’s comfort ability. Industrial area situated in central and east side of the town and farmland was separate by river.
Firstly, the planned future development recommend replace the existing factories with housing. Moreover, school and playground are planning to build in an east side of this area with more housing projects. Meanwhile, central area of this town rebuild by new medical centre and shops. Furthermore, more housing projects will plan to construct in the North West corner in upcoming plan.
Additionally, there is no road to walk across from river to the farmland. But in the future plan is consider about that situation. Because of that, there is an idea to build road across the river and build another housing project near the farmland.
