This bar chart shows the percentage of people using different modes of transportation in five major cities. Overall, these modes can be divided into two main groups which are public transportation and self transportation.
As can be seen in the first groups, consisting of bus and train. Train in Tokyo hit the peak with 50% of people who were asked. Meanwhile, Bus is much lower in use, standing at 20 %. In contrast to Tokyo, people in Paris prefer Bus more than Train, with around 35% and 20% respectively. London is slightly higher than New York by 5% in both two models of use, Sydne have the lowest use in the both train and bus, consisting of 20% and 10% for each.
Turning to the others groups, Sydney is in the top ranks in the amount of used cars with 50% of citizens. New York is the second highest rank with 40%. London is higher than Paris by nearly 5 and Tokyo is less common than other with 20%. In addition, Bicycle is less common in use, Paris and Tokyo are the top and lowest highest and lowest figure 15 % and 5%. Meanwhile, 10% of people in the other cities use this mode of transportation. Walking is the lowest record in five major cities with the same 5%.
In conclusion, Train and car are the most modes of transportation in use according to five major cities.
