Overall, the graph shows butter was the highest level in the begging while, margarine was seemed lowest.
Furthermore, In 1981 butter had consumed 140 grams of spread following five year rose by 20 gram. morever,after two decades there were a significanlty droped and reached 62 gram. In 1996 to 2007 it went downed to 43 gram. While in 1996 low fat and reducing spread was the consumption 2 gram in the five years it was dramatically claimed and came in 80 gram in the last five year there were slightly decreased and came in 70 gram.
In addition, it is noticed that in 1981 margarine had consumed 85 grams of spread later two decades there were slightly drop and increased came in 100 gram and in 1991 to 2007 it showed significantly fall and came 40 grams
