I hope this letter finds you in good spirits. I am contacting you regarding my cabin luggage, which I left yesterday on the plane. I flew with your company and I will provide you following information: Confirmation number is HXLY5425, Fly number was 483259 on 17th October 2024. After arriving at Paris Airport, I rushed to pick up my children from nursery. Therefore, I did not realise, I left my stuff on the airplane.

My bag looks very luxurious because is made from real dark cow leather and the adjustable handle is from metal, which is in a gold colour. The zip is lined around the whole bag and on the zip are my initials NL, which means Nikoleta Lukacova. Inside in bag is another notice with my full name and address.

Moreover, in the bag, you can see my brown wallet of the brand Ralph Lauren. The suitcase consists of two separate bags. In the first bag is my Apple laptop with other gadgets and a power bank. In the second part, I had my whole documentation from the government project called Tower Bridge.
