The given maps present a comparison of the layouts of a center in 2005 and its current configuration.
Over this period, the center has undergone substantial transformation, most notably with the relocation of the entrance and the addition of a fourth car park and seats in the waiting area, to accommodate an increased number of service users. Moreover, an extra room has been built for minor operation purposes.
In 2005, the entrance was located in the south of the center. When you entered the unit, a reception desk would be seen at the end of the corridor. Three car parks surrounded the waiting area, with one at the west wing and two at the east wing, providing a total of 12 slots for parking. Going straight along the corridor beside car park 3, you could find the office. A physiotherapy room was on the other side of the center to the office, standing next to car park 2. Surrounded by plants, a garden was situated on three sides around the center, except from the entrance side.
Regarding today’s center, the main entrance has been moved to the southwest side of the center. Passing through the entrance, turning left, and the reception deck is immediately in front of you, while a children’s play area can be seen on the right-hand side. Three more seats are added in the public area, giving a total of 15 places. Besides, the car parks have been relocated to the northeast side, divided into 4 separated parking areas, which doubles the provision of the parking space to 30. Between the physiotherapy room and the office, a minor operations room has been constructed, demolishing part of the gardening area.
