The process charts depict the process by which various plastic bottles are recycled to generate new plastic materials that can be used for developing brand-new products such as bags and water bottles.
In the first step, non-biodegradable products are gathered by an individual in the waste containers. Now, these numerous products are picked up by a dump truck that carries all the products to the recycling center where sorting is done by any individual in different classes according to their types. Compression of these products was done by a hydraulic machine converted into blocks. In the next step, blocks were crushed by a rotating machine into small particles that were further rinsed with water to remove other waste products and to acquire micro raw plastic pallets that can be used for creating new products. In the following process, pallets are heated up and subsequently lead to form reusable products such as plastic bags, T-shirts, pens, and lunch boxes.
Overall, it can be seen that the whole process of recycling starts with the collection of plastic materials and ends up with a new 100% recycled product.
