The maps depict the evolution of the Rye mouth village from 1995 until now.
Overall, the two maps showcase some replacements and demolitions. they illustrate some road constructions, housings and forest park removal and other retained places.
From past till now, some places remained in their own locations such as cafe, hotel and some houses in the roadside. However, other features undergo modifications. For instance, shops converted to restaurants and fish markets shifted to apartments. The farmland, in the upper-right, turned into golf playground and a tennis area got build in the very bottom of the land.
Other alternations are related to demolitions of amenities. For example, fishing port and forest part got completely removed from the village. On the other hand, there are some additional places over the time like car park near the hotel. They also increased the number of houses and for that, new road got build in case of people convenience.
