Overall, the area which was allocated for farming and forestry has been used for entertainment purposes. Moreover, the land which was used for fisheries has been replaced by accommodation.
In 1995, there were twelve houses in the village. However, in the present, there are nearly sixteen houses to be seen there. Furthermore, a massive piece of land was used for cultivation back then, which has been renovated, and there is a golf ground there. Furthermore, the landscape where a forest existed in 1995, has been connected to the golf ground and the authorities have built a tennis court too.
In 1995, there was a fishing port built on the sea, and now it has been completely removed. Moreover, there are newly renovated apartments on the sea shore, which once were fish markets. The shops have also been changed into restaurants, and there is a car park to be seen next to the hotel now, which did not exist in 1995. However, the cafe on the sea shore stayed still.
