Overall, it can be obviously seen that this seaside village has undergone a drastic transformation from a farming area into a residential area by construction of more houses and removing of farmland and fish market.
A forest park and adjacent farmland have been eradicated to make way for the development of the golf and tennis facilities. A shop which were located opposite the fish market has been converted into a restaurant, meanwhile, a fishing port has been knocked down. Another noteworthy change has been the conversion of the fish market into the apartment complex.
Furthermore, a hotel and cafe which was situated in front of the hotel have remained as is. Another notable pattern has been extension toward west of the road which has encircled the small number of houses and the expansion of the residential area. On the south-east of the city, a car park has been erected near the hotel.
