The bar chart illustrates the divorce percentages in Finland and Sweden between 2011 and 2015.Overall, in Sweden divorce rates experienced downward trend, while in Finland divorce percentages had faced upward trend throughout the period. Although both European countries had some fluctuations of divorce rates in given time.

Sweden divorce rate was about 45% in 2011, being higher than Finland divorce rate by approximately 7%. Then, it rose to almost 50% in 2012. However Sweden divorce rate gradually decrease to about 47% in 2013, and continued to decline steadily about 45% in 2014 and then finally, decline to almost 37% in 2015.

Finland divorce percentage was almost 48% in 2011, lower than Sweden divorce rate. Then, decline steadily to approximately 33% in 2012. Furthermore it slowly experienced upward trend which was about 48% in 2013, and eventually increased, and became at stable level which was approximately 40% in 2014 and 2015 respectively.
