Turning to the statistics, men spent 45 hours per week, which was 5 hours more than women, who worked 40 hours (for work). The biggest difference can be worked 40 hoursework,where women spent 25 hours compared to only 10 hours for men.
What is interesting to note is that the component of watching TV (men) is responible for a bit as less as that of watching TV (women) 15 and 10 hours respectively. Similarly, men exercised more, with 8 hours compared to 6 hours for women. By contrast, female spent a little more time reading, at 7 hours per week, whereas male spent only 5 hours.
