The bar graph illustrates the proportion of production with share of total world in Asia, Europe and the rest of the world from 1840 to 2000.
Overall, the percentage of Asia showed the largest proportions in the begin and end of the period, while the second most popular was Europe in over four decades. Notably, the rest of the world it always low percentages in during this period.
To begin with, the total world production share had 50% in Asia, at the beginning of the period, whereas it was consistently decresaed those shares the following periods, approximately 20% in 1920.
