Overall, the most popular therapy was the use of natural products followed by deep breathing, meditation and such. It is also seen that the use of four types of therapy dramatically increased in 2007 compared to that of 2002.
Natural products has been a great therapy way standing at 18%, while deep breathing stands at 13%. Mediation, chiropractic, massage, and yoga are between 8% to 10%. Diet bases therapies, progressive relaxatior, guided imagery, and homeopathic treathrr is within 1% to 3%.
Deep breathing, meditation, massage, and yoga, all these type of healing have significantly increased in the year 2007 from 2002. Deep breathing increased by 4%, from 10.6 to 14.8, while meditation and yoga gained by 2% to 10.5 and 7.1 respectively which was 8.6 and 5.1 in 2002 accordingly. Massage rose by 3%, that is from 5 to 8.6.
