Overall, breeding causes the most size of damaged land in most of the surveyed areas. In addition, Europe witnessed the most minor destruction to its land.
The area of damaged land caused by breeding in Africa is roughly 500 million hectares, in comparison with the figures for Asia and Australia with 400 million and nearly 300 million respectively. Meanwhile, Europe witnessed the lowest size for its breeded land, which is only roughly 150 million hectares.
With about 450 million hectares, the extent of devastated land by tree – cutting in Asia is moderately higher than that in Africa, with around 350 million hectares. The figures for Australia and Europe are relatively equal. Regarding the ruin land by farming, similarities are seen, which are around 400 million for Asia, 300 million for Africa are and approximately 100 million for both Australia and Europe.
