The chart illustrates the annual electricity consumption expenditure by household devices.
It is clear that the electric blanket has the lowest electricity consumption and cost per year, while the spa has the highest.
The appliances, such as the electric blanket, microwave oven, television, dehumidifier, and well pump, deplete less than 500 kWh/year, each disbursing nearly 42 dollars annually. Besides, the aquarium, the dishwasher, electric cooking, freezer, water bed heater, clothes dryer, and washing machine have cost around 44 dollars to 83 dollars, which electricity utilization nearly ten times that of the electric blanket.
Moreover, the refrigerator and pool pump’s consumption exceeds 1500 kWh per year, costing roughly 90 dollars and 125 dollars yearly, respectively. The combined cost of the pump and spa is more than four times that of the electric blanket. Notably, the spa pump and heater have the highest annual expenditure at 200 dollars, which has a consumption of approximately 2350 kWh/year.
