It is clear that China produced and consumed the most amount of electricity in 2014 in the top ten countries, and Korea provided and consumed the lowest amount of power at the same time.
In 2014, China and the United States provided and consumed the most part of the electricity in the world. China provided 5398 billion kWh power and consumed 5322 billion kWh in this year. At the same time, the United States produced 4099 billion kWh electricity and consumed 3866 billion kWh of it, which were the four times of the figures of that Russia provided and consumed in this year.
Apart from China and the United States, the rest of eight countries provided and consumed lower power. Germany was the only country in the top ten countries which consumed more power, but provided less electricity. The 10th country of this chart was Korea, which provided 485.1 billion kWh power and consumed 449.5 billion kWh of electricity.
