Overall, we can observe that in both years,men supply the larger employment rate than women with a slight increase in 2015 for ladies.
In 2005 the gap between two genders and their employment rate is at least 20% difference, which is also the case in Canada, where men are responsible for about 62% of workers. The largest gap in both years occured in South Korea in 2005, the gap was about 45% and male employment rate was equal to 75%. The biggest percentage of employed male workers in 2005 was around 78% in Sweden and also for female job takers with a percentage share of 45%.
In 2015 the gap between genders and their employment rate slightly shrinked to at least 15% and this percentage difference took place in Canada making female workers achieve 55% of employment share. South Korea had the biggest gap between two genders, which stood for around 78% and 30% for men and women respectively. Sweden minimalised their gap moderately to 70% for men and 50% for women.
