The graph illustrates the varieties of accommodation facilities selected by people on holiday in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland during 2010.
From an overall prespective, the hotels were most famous pick for stay in all the countries, whereas caravans and camping were not that famous.
Detailed study of the chart explains that around 50% of people choose to stay at the hotels in the holidays accross all four British countries. In England, approximately 28% of people choose to self cater and little over 10% decide to camp and finally around 6% decide to take caravans, which is the least. Similar to Englands repost most people take hotels in scotland too but people take more caravans than camping, which is different to that of England.
Further study of the data reflects the huge gap in percentage of caravans used by the people in wales and Northern Ireland. Close to 10% of poeple take caravans on holidays in Wales, whereas the figures are three times higher in Northern Ireland. Just like other two countries, hotels are the most famous accomodation in Wales and Northern Ireland too.
