The bargraph provides key information about the figures of staff distribution by department namely cleaning, administration, maintenance, catering and security in particular clinic, between 2000 and 2015.
Overall, the numbers fluctuated during years, while administration were the highest percentage,cleaning and maintenance came second compared to any of the other employees in the clinic.
According to what is shown, administration percentages of non-medicall staff had increased signifcantly from 20% in 2000 to 60% in 2015. Similarly, cleaning figures had rose from roughly 15% in 2000 to 55% over the same period. Administration and cleaning workers becoming more important to clinic.
Another point to consider, the percentage of maintenance staff decreased gradually by 15 percentage points, between 2000 and 2015. However, catering numbers had dropped steadily, and security figures remained constant for 15 years.
