The bar chart illustrates detail about the trip to school by teenagers around aged between 11 and 16 in the UK in a year. It is clear that, children traveled more miles using transport namely bus and car to their long trip. Although, for small trips such as between 0 and 1 mile they prefer to go on foot. Teenagers spent a small proportion of bus for only 0-1 mile.
Regarding, the bicycle mostly used for 1-2 miles approximately 77 percent out of total , obviously this proportion for bicycle is the highest around 4 categories journeys. Moreover, the bicycle used not only for 1-2 miles , but also for the 0-1 mile and 2-5 mile trips , respectively.
In contrast, car has small proportion for all categories between almost 10 percent and 30 percent. However, children enjoyed to use the bus for long trips than the short trip. All the children used their foot to go different 3 catergories trips, namely (0-1 mile, 1-2 miles, 2-5 miles). Nevertheless, no data is given for children to go very long trips with walking.
