To begin, in the first year there were no sales of mobile phone games and online games. In 2001 online games had an upward trend and reached a peak in 2006(about 8 billion of dollars). Mobile phone games began to sale only in 2002 and it rose every next year, the highest spot in 2006 was approximately 7 billion dollars.
On the other hand, handheld games in 2000 was the most popular category (around 11 billion dollars) and increased to about 18 billion dollars by 2006. In contrast, console game earned below 6 billion dollars in 2000 and reduced steadily every year to 2006 and the smallest result was about 3 billion dollars.
