Overall,Food and drink accounted higher level of consumtion in New Zealand in these two year. While British people allocated most of the money in leisure activities in both years, spending on transport and other sources remain slightly unchanged in the course of time.
In 1980,British people spent higher poroportion of their budget in leisure activities,which is at 27,on contrary ,people of New Zealand only spent 17% in the related field. 23% is accounted for food and drink in the UK while 29% is spent on by the citizens of New Zealand. Spending on transportations on both countries has only the difference of 2%,where New Zealand is at 17%. Expenditure in transport in the UK and New Zealand is 26% and 27% respectively. The same amount of budget is spent on other aspects on both countries which is at 9%.
In 2008,the UK spent the double of New Zealand on leisure ,that is if 34% of the UK. Likewise,expenditure in transports,food and utility bills in the Uk is 14%,13% and 28% respectively.In comparision to the UK, New Zealand spent higher amount in those sectors, 16%,25% and respectively. People of both country allocated 11% for other ependiture in the course of time.
