The chart compares the information about changes in the average prices in five cities between 1990 and 2002 relative to house prices in 1989.
From an overall perspective, London had the highest figure, while Tokyo had the lowest prices. The percentage of Frankfurt gradually decaresed. Madrid and New York rose by 2002. The house prices were higher 2002 then 1990.
Moving towards a detailed analysis, it is clearly evident that in 1990 the house prices of the city New York dramatically decreased to 5%. While the two cities Tokyo and london fell to 7%. Next, frankfurt increased to 3% and Madrid has the proportion about 2%.
With regard to the remaining indicators,, 2002 is better than 1990. In this year the house prices of London reach to maximun to 12%. New York and Madrid rose to 5% ,4% respectively. Moreover, Frankfurt shows decreased from 3% to 1%. Finally, their is a sharp decline in tokyo to 5%.
