The illustration below demonstrates the proportions of aid in $ billion in six different countries between 2008 and 2010.
Overall, the demands of US, Germany and UK were least popular in Europe over the period. So, for rest of three countries which located in different continents it had quite the opposite situation.
To begin with, USA was first with requests for aid with approximately 22 billion dollars in 2008, if it compares to others. There , in US have been troughs and peaks in 2009 and 2010 respectively. So for the second least popular grade, we see increase and decrease starting with 10 billion dollars to under 16 billion dollars in the end correspondingly . And the UK scales fluctuated over the period.
Continuing with, graphs of Netherlands and Sweden which had a rise in 2009 to under 10 billion dollars ,but except for one country in Asia ( Japan), it vise versa made a decline at the year. Finally for last 2 of Europe countries (Netherlands and Sweden) which were in the same proportion at the beginning of the year and ended up with almost same reached figures in 2010 and remained relatively stable.
