The given line graph compares how much a monthly contract costs on average for four mobile providers in a certain European country between January and September in 2002 (units are measured in euros).
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that three mobile operators experienced overall upward trend by varying degrees while the figure for Sim TX declined slightly by the end of the period after erratic changes.
In January the difference in monthly average expenditure of four mobile companies was between 5 and 15 euros, wherein cost of Domo had dominance whereas those of Alfa had the lowest point, respectively. Both of them maintained upward trend throughout the period in spite of some fluctuations. It is worth mentioning that the biggest rise belonged to Alpha.
Although there were somehow similar numbers for Lex and Sim TX (considerably more than 10 euros for Lex and just under 10 euros for Sim TX), over the next 4 months they saw more or less resembling fluctuating trends. The figure for Sim TX started to decline noticeably reaching its lowest point slightly lower than its initial point at roughly 7 euros after topping to slightly under 15 euros in June. As for that of Lex, it continued its upward trend until it reached it peak at approximately 18 euros despite of the fact that it dipped slightly to some 1 euro in June.
