Overall, it is clear that households without cars,which used to be dominant , had lost its popularity by the end of the year.However, owning a car and 2 cars became more common among residents over the given period.
To start with, the figure for lacking of cars fell slightly by 9% in 1981 from its initial 50 % and over time, the percentage of no cars reduced steadily untill about 30% during the next decade, it ended up the period with remaining unchangeable at last index.
