Overall, what stands out of the graph is that the percentage of people owning four types of devices witnessed an upward trend. In addition, the share of smartphone experienced was highest, in comparison with other types after 20 years.
Looking at the details, starting at 35% in 2000, the percentage of households using computer increased sharply to 50% in the next five years and reached its highest point at 80% in 2020. Similarly, the figure for smart TV was 5% in the first year before rising by 60% in the final year.
Notably, despite having 0% in 2000 and 2005, the data of households using tablet went to to 10% in 2010 and 55% in 2020, respectively. A similar trend was seen in smartpone category, although the started point was 0%, the proportion of individuals owning smartphone rose up gradually to 30%, increasing continiously to 85% in 2020.
