In 1918 majority of families, that was around 77 percent, rented their house. It means that remained families, which was approximately 23 percent, were able to owned accommodation. Renting proportion was gradually dropped about at 68 percent in 1939 and was remained similar in 1953. On the other hand, owning proportion was moved opposite direction, that means it was slowly rose at around 32 percent in these periods. From the year 1953 the renting pattern fell gradually at slightly above 30 percent in 2001 and climbed a little at above 35 percent in 2011. In contrast, owning accommodation proportion moderately got bigger by just under 70 percent in 2001 and dropped a bit at around 64 percent.
