It is evident that’s majority of accommodations were rented in both countries during the years of 1918 to 1961. However, their amount declined from 4/5 to half of the households in 1971. In the same year , owned accommodations rose to the same level as their opponent from 20% in 1918. Turning to the previous figure, it’s important to note that it’s pattern continues to decrease and lose popularity for the next chosen 3 years. Furthermore, it stays at 30% 1991 and 2001 before having a slight improvement in 2011. On the other hand, households in owned accommodation continue to increase and gain attension. In addition, this figure remains steady at close to 70% and has a margin fall for the last picked three years.
