Getting into details, almost 80% of people lived as a tenants in 1918, which decreased slightly in 1939 accounting for 68%, stood similarly in year 1953. Similarly, it showed a decrement approach between 1953 and 2001, where it reached a trough of 31%. However, it increased slightly in 2011, accounted for 36% of the total.

Moreover, households in owned accommodation showed a reverse pattern, where stood at 22% in 1918, and increased gradually over the time. In 1939, 32% of house owned lived in their houses, which remained similar in year 1953.
