In general, both accomondations have made their own trend.Percentage of households in rented accomondation dropping normally as the households in owned accommondation increased between 1918 and 2011 in England and Wales.
Regarding to the informations below, the biggest percentage of households in rented accommondation was made up approximetly 77% of total annual survey and in same year the percentage of households in owned accomondation was the smallest of all and around 23%. Percentage of household in rented accommondation have decreased less than twice from 1918 to 2011. In 2001, households in owned accomondation was achieved their top and account for about 69% of total yearly survey and in same year, households in rented accomondation was made up their minimum persentage.
In fact, the percentage of households stayed unchanged in both accomondation between 1939 and 1953. Since 1953, both accommondation was continued their general trend until 2001. In 1971, the accommomdations met each other with same percentage.
