The line graph illustrate the percentage of people in a city in the UK using the internet for different activities between 2007 to 2009.
Overall, in both years the highest percentage of people used the internet for shopping. In contrast, individuals used the lowest percentage of internet for TV, learning, and games.
It is clearly seen that in 2007, individuals used the internet for shopping and reached around 45%, while it increased to 50% in 2009. In contrast, almost 40% of citizens used internet for banking and listening to music, whereas in 2009, both results decreased to around 35% and 30%.
Regarding to other activities, almost 25% of people used the internet for job seeking, while in 2009, this percentage rose to 30%. Although, 20% of individuals used internet for both games and learning activities in 2009. While games did not faced any changes, percentage of using the internet in learning figure declined from 20% to almost 15%. Around 15% of citizens used the internet for TV in 2009, then this percentage slightly increased and reached some percentage (20%) like games and learning in 2007.
