The bar charts shows us the baloance of female and male student who are fluent in the seconed language in different country. We can see some of it has a lot different, but some of them are not.
Firsable, we can see there is much more people in Romania, India, Russia, and Vietnam can spok foreign language. How ever, the percentages of female are all higher then male, and is all above more then 10 percent. Espeicaly in Romania and Vietnam, the female is above around 20 percent then male.
Seconedable, through the bar chart, there is more balance of China, Thailand. However, the total percence of student who can spoke proficient foreign language are below 50 percent. Moreover, Thiland is the only country that the male percent are higher the female.
This bar chart has showen us different countey student have different percent in the seconed language fulent people. Overall, there is only Thai male student percent are higher than female, in other country’s student, there is more female then male can speek other language.
