From an overall perspective, it is evident that there are six stages in the whole discarded paper-producing procedure, beginning with the collection of scraps and ending with the final usable product.
In the initial stage of the course of action, the material is gathered from different places like recyclable banks where individuals leave or sell their used sheets or from the workplace of businesses. After being sorted by hand, those up-to-standard papers are transported to the recycled fibres mill, while those ungraded papers are eliminated.
The fourth and fifth stages involve the cleaning procedure when the old documents are cleaned and pulped, whereas some other objects such as staples are totally removed. The penultimate stage takes place in a de-inking step where inks and glues left over are also taken out. The process concludes with the pulp being moved to the machine to manufacture usable paper.
