Overall, an absolute majority of after-graduates worked in service industries in the year 2019, whereas the smallest number can be seen in sport industry. Areas, such as education, politics & government and manufacturing had similar numbers of workers.
As it can be seen from the chart, the percentage of after-graduates working in service industries, in 2019, was the biggest one, with the number of 33%. Graduates who decided to work in manufacturing industries made up 16.3% out of all. People who received their degree, and decided to go into areas of education and politics & government was 14.7% and 12.1%, respectively.
Less demanded sectors among graduates from Brighton University, such as science & technology, civil service, and transportation and warehousing occupied only 7.3%, 5.6% and 7.8%, respectively. A small part of after-graduates worked in other sectors – 2.8%, and marginally, only 0.3% from all worked in the charity business, and 0.1% sport industries.
