According to the export earnings graph, all the categories had a greater value in billions of dollars during 2016, except the gems and jewelry category. The gems and jewelry category experienced a decline in value from 2015 to 2016 approximately from a worth of 43 billion dollars to 41 billion. Meanwhile, petroleum products went up from $61 billion in 2015 to $63 billion in 2016. Also, engineered products experienced a rise in its value from $ 57 billion to $62 billion. Agricultural products had almost similar values in both years with 31 and 31 billion worth. On the other hand, textiles experienced a significant climb in value from 25 billion dollars in 2015 to 31 billion of worth.
Moreover, the textiles had a 15.24 percent increase, making it the largest value growth. Petroleum products, engineered goods, and agricultural products had a percent increase of 3%, 8.5%, and 0.81%.
