The bar chart demonstrates information about the rate of people who are studying at higher schools in five different countries which are the UK, the USA, Australia, South Korea, and France over a 35-year period from 1980 to 2015.
Overall, at the beginning of the period, Australian females who went the high school outnumbered other countries’ ones, while South Korea showed the lowest rate throughout the period. Additionally, in 2015 all of the countries experienced the highest attendance.
In both years, the attendance rate of individuals from Australia was at the highest point in the bar chart, with almost 60% of them going into higher education. The next highest attendance belongs to France, at almost a halve in 1980 and well over half in 2015.
The UK and the USA started to the period, at around 33% and just under 40%, respectively, then attention of students from both countries increased in 2015, with about 55% and almost 60% of women obtaining advanced education. Whereas South Korea accounted for less than a fifth in 1980, this figure then reached a peak of 30 percent.
