Email usage decreased throughout the four years, from one out of four percent in 2016 to just under a fifth percent.
According to the data given, usage for phone calls represented a small segment of reasons. It started at one in ten percent in 2016 and peaked at 13% in 2017. Next, the figure decreased to a mere five percent in the final year. On the contrary, the proportion of digital camera remained stable until 2017, and after that, it rose to one in five percent in the final year.
