City 4 and 1 shows a difference about 10% in water levels. City 3 shows the lowest water level with a slight huge gap with city 5 with a difference of 15%. The widest gap in the chart is between city 3 and city 2 or 6, with a difference of 50%.
In October 2010, the graph shows that city 6 had the highest water level, followed by city 2 with a difference of 17% compared to city 6. City 5 and city 4 has a small difference of 6%.
