The charts shows data regarding Yemen and Italy’s population age in 2000 and projections for the next 50 years.
An overall view in the graphics shows that both Yemen and Italy majority age population will be transformed over the future years.
A more detailed look at the graphic shows that Yemen people’s age 0-14 and 15-59 will change place in 2050. As you can see, in 2000 childrens and tennagers (age 0-14) represents the most part of the population but this number will feel almost 1/3 in 2050. However, the number of adults will increase 10% between 2000 and 2050, becoming the main part in Yemen.
Different from Yemen, in Italy the age ranking of population will not be different in the following years but the percent will have a big change. In 2020, the 15-59 represents the overwhelming majority population with about 60%, but is predicted to decrease 20% in 2050. Meanwhile, the 60+ years population numbers in 2050 are expected to almost double when compared to 2000.
To sum up, altought the majority of Yeen age population will different by 2050, in Italy is speculated that the age cattegory stays at the same but with a dramatic change in the percentage.
