The pie charts illustrate that changes in the percentage of the energy such as oil, natural gas, coal, nuclear, hydro and other renewable resources in a nation in 1985 and 2003.
Overall, proportion of oil was the highest in produce energy in both the years 1985 and 2003.
At a fleeting glance, oil was the main source of the energy in 1985 and 2003. It was generated more than half energy (52%) in 1985, but in 2003 it was produced just under the 40% of energy. Natural gas provided only 13% energy. However, it was increased in 2003 and natural gas produced just under a quarter ( 23% ) energy. In 1985, coal was had a tiny proportion ( 8%) in producing energy but in 2003 it was jumped to just under a quarter (22%) in generating energy.
Further analysis of the graph demonstration that, nuclear produce 22% of the energy in 1985 but it was decreased 14% in 2003. Only hydro had a same proportion( 4% ) in both the years. Other renewable resources produced 1% and 4% respectively in 1985 and 2003
