Overall, it is clear that the Oil made up the largest proportion of energy source, while the Other renewable accounted for the smallest share. Moreover, the difference between the biggest and smallest figures was significant.

The second main energy source was Nuclear, with 22%. The other major supplies were Natural gas, Coal and Hydro energy, with 13%, 8% and 4% respectively. Other renewable formed only one percent.
As for 2003, the most processed energy supply was Oil, with 39% and Oil in 2003 was not as much as 1985. Produced energy from Natural gas and Coal in 2003 were constituted almost the same, with 23% each. These energy resources in 1985 were nowhere near as 2003. The lowest energy resources were Hydro and Other renewable accounted for 4% each in 2003, Other renewable experienced a slight increase compared to 1985. In 2003 proportion of energy produced from Nuclear a lot lesser than 1985. It was just 8%.
