The presented pie charts illustrate the percentages of government expenses in different fields in 2010 and 2015.

Overall, it can be clearly seen that education and healthcare had the highest ratio of expenditures within the two given years. In contrast, culture and leisure amenities and others were the lowest in 2010 and 2015. However, the other categories experienced a change in outlay rate in the shown years.

To begin with, education and healthcare percentages decreased slightly from 24% and 21% respectively in 2010 to 21% and 20% in 2015. At the same time, defence proportion fell from 17% in 2010 to 14% in 2015. Moreover, in 2015, the cultural and leisure percentage of spending money was reduced to half that of 2010, and the transport ratio declined to a third.

Furthermore, government expenditure on welfare increased dramatically from 8% in 2010 to 13% in 2015. Besides, the interest on borrowing ratio was doubled in 2015 to reach 10%. However, some facilities spending was constant in the two years, such as pensions and other.
