Overall, it can be observed that, the majority of the proportion is distributed to Education and Health care. On the other hand, Transport, Culture and leisure and other services are given a tiny fraction from the entire portion.
According to the given data, the largest proportion in both years have been allocated to Education sector. In 2020 the portion distributed for Education was 24% which is almost a quarter of the total expenses, was reduced to 21% by 2015. Following a similar trend, portions of Health care sector, Transport, Culture and leisure, and Defense have also seen a reduction between 1% and 3% in each.
When further analysed, it can be noticed that the fund contribution for Pension sector remained constant in both years at 19%. Another striking factor is government’s funds on Interest on borrowing was almost doubled from 5% to 10% from the whole segment.
