To start with , The highest amount of sodium consume at dinner at 43%, whereas breakfast and snacks are same at 14%, and at lunch nearly double quantity of sodium consume than breakfast and snacks.Furthermore, 37% saturated fat eaten at dinner and it remains at the top. while lunch is at second highest at 26% and, breakfast is the billowest at 16%.
